Art Therapy Workshop
Our 2024 Summer interns at CareForHealth organized a wonderful art therapy workshop titled Color and Canvas. The event provided participants with the materials needed to create their own work of art, and offered valuable discussions on color theory and self expression. This relaxing evening at our office served as a unique experience for our participants.
Body Shaming Support Group
The latest support group at CareForHealth, organized by Ms. Bisma and Ms. Zirrehmah, highlighted the extremely prevalent subject of body shaming, and included discussions on various coping mechanisms regarding the issue. Participants were encouraged to share their experiences with body shaming and how they have dealt with the difficulties of this social norm. This support group included an activity that allowed participants to transform prior negative experiences with body shaming into positive ones.
Islamic Integrated Psychotherapy Workshop
CareForHealth conducted a workshop on Advanced Islamic Integrated Psychotherapy, focused on Prophetic Storytelling, with Ms. Ambreen Ashraf. It was specially designed for mental health practitioners, clinical psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors and anyone else interested in the field of mental health. The workshop received an overwhelming response. We look forward to conducting similar workshops in the near future.
Social Entrepreneurship Workshop
A workshop on ‘The Social Entrepreneur’ was successfully conducted by Ms. Ambreen Bashir Haris, CEO – CareForHealth and Marketing Faculty, IoBM. It was an interactive and engaging workshop on building a business model that has a social impact and addresses societal and environmental issues. By the end of the workshop, the participants were able to verbally and visually present their business model for a social enterprise.
Toxic Detox Workshop
Organized and led by Ms. Rabeea Saleem, the Toxic Detox workshop highlighted the importance of nurturing positive relationships and creating healthy boundaries within one’s surroundings. Ms, Rabeea Saleem was joined by several passionate individuals who were eager to learn about this topic and apply the discussed techniques in their own lives and relationships.

ZenFest 2023
CareForHealth organized a Mental Health and Wellness Festival in December 2023. Open to the public and with the inclusion of several notable figures, this event served as critical part of the development of mental health awareness in Pakistan.
