ZenFest 2.0: A Celebration of Mental Health, Connection, and Well-Being

On 5th January, 2025, Habitt City was transformed into a vibrant hub of energy, learning, and togetherness as ZenFest 2.0 brought mental health to the forefront. This wasn’t just another festival—it was a movement, a space where stigma turned into strength, and conversations on well-being became a collective experience.

A Festival with Purpose

ZenFest 2.0 wasn’t just about entertainment; it was designed to foster healing, awareness, and resilience. With an attendance of nearly 1,500 – 2,000 people, the festival resonated deeply with individuals from all walks of life—youth, families, professionals, and mental health advocates.

From insightful panel discussions led by mental health experts to interactive workshops, every session aimed to equip attendees with tools for emotional well-being. Art therapy stations, mindfulness activities, and wellness booths provided hands-on experiences, allowing participants to explore different ways to nurture their mental health.

Media Spotlight: Mental Health Takes Center Stage

The impact of ZenFest 2.0 extended beyond the venue, with Geo News and ABN News capturing the essence of the festival and bringing mental health discussions into mainstream media. Their coverage highlighted the importance of such community-driven initiatives and showcased the inspiring moments from the event.

Meanwhile, Hot FM 105 conducted exclusive interviews with Ambreen Haris, CEO of CareForHealth, and Shanzeh Haris, the Head of Art & Activities, delving into the vision behind ZenFest and how it continues to make waves in the mental health space.

A Marketplace of Creativity & Community

The pop-up bazaar was a lively attraction, featuring local artisans, sustainable brands, and wellness products, encouraging small businesses while promoting self-care. Families and young visitors explored unique crafts, books, and handmade goods, making the festival an inclusive experience for all.

A Night to Remember: Music, Stars & Glow Bands

As the evening unfolded, the festival transformed into a mesmerizing celebration under the open sky. Live music, glow bands, and a sea of lights created an atmosphere of pure magic. People sang along, danced, and celebrated not just an event—but a movement toward well-being, inclusion, and hope.
